1) Mixing blades is designed as continuous spiral, which increase the mixing surface and make the mixing more stronger, to increase productivity and reduce mixing time. The mixing time can reduce up to 20% than ordinary twin shaft concrete mixer.

 2)Continuous spiral can reduce mixing resistance, to extend the life of mixng arm. The service life of mixing arm can up tp 50000 batches.

 3) Mixing tank is larger, increase overload capaciry. For example, KTSL2000 can mix 2.4 cbm.

 4) Transmisson system, shaft seal group, discharging system are same with our KTSA series, convenience for produce and maintainance.
